1. Allow 14 working days for your products/products to be completed. 2. Customer has 10 working days to return product/products for any reason. 3. Product quality is guaranteed for 30 days including: malfunction, breakage, fraying. If any of these incidents occur, please contact me to discuss replacement or refund.
